Flow yoga classes are fast-paced by nature. To practice happily and safely, it helps to know the basics of each posture and how to adapt them to your unique body. In Flow Yoga 101, we'll break the practice down to help you discover how to practice safely and effectively with the proper balance between ego and humility.
This six-week course takes the time to explore variations, modifications, and advancements for each posture, as well as alignment principles, common mistakes, and safe transitions. Questions and discussion are encouraged! Along the way, we will demystify the ujjayi breath and the Om, intentions and dedications, sukha and sthira, and will end it all with a long, juicy savasana.
