My yoga journey began 10 years ago where I began with more dynamic practices such as Hatha, Hot, and Vinyasa. An unfortunate injury turned into a blessing when I discovered healing through Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. This sprouted a passion for both practices as I went on to take Yoga Teacher Training under Victor Chng and Rachel Hull, among others. “Do the pose in a way your body allows you”, I say, believing in the endlessness of yoga poses. Function over form is something I wishes to share in my classes, as well.
Today Kristine holds RYT500 and 100h YYTT.
A true lover of the outdoors, this yogini has traveled all around the world and has seen the beauty of nature in several ways. Whether it’s animal watching in Central America, going on a safari in Kenya, or long walks in a remote forest or beach, Kristine has developed a true connection with the Earth. In the city, she enjoys good company and lots of laughs over a glass of wine with loved ones.
Her gentle and nurturing personality and ability to make people feel at ease is true testament to her path as a yoga teacher. Discover the softer side of yoga, and how this benefits the body through her classes in the Philippines.
Next year 2013 my Yin Yoga will be shared back home in Denmark
