6 day Yoga Holiday at a beautiful little country house hotel near the ocean, an hour north of Alicante. If you're in need of some serious relaxation time to nuture your well-being and progress your yoga practice, this is the perfect place to still your mind, strengthen your body and re-awaken your soul.
Each day begins & finishes with a 90 minute hatha vinyasa flow yoga class. Morning sessions focus on simple flowing sequences to gently stretch and warm the body, synchronising breath with movement so your practice becomes like a moving meditation. Evening sessions are more restorative where we hold postures for longer using the breath to move deeper within. You'll also have chance to join the Meditation workshop and discover how simple techniques can be incorporated into your everyday life to help manage and calm stressful moments.
In addition to two classes a day, you'll also have an opportunity to: join the guided hike, explore inland villages on the guided mountain biking trip, soothe your senses with gorgeous therapies, join the creative cookery workshop, take a one2one yoga session or simply relax with a good book by the sea. Bliss.
This holiday takes place in the Alicante region, an area described as having one of the healthiest climates on Earth. The villages along the coast are shielded by majestic, green mountains that tumble down to the sea creating a special climate that brings mild warm weather year round.
You'll be staying at a beautiful country house hotel with a touch of luxury. All rooms are well equipped including private ensuite bathroom. And, as we don't expect our guests to share, every room is available for single use. Our web has many photos, so do visit.
You'll be feasting on a delicious breakfast buffet after morning class and Ayurvedic inspired evening suppers. As this is not a strict retreat, the odd glass of wine is not forbidden either, there'll be a couple of evenings when you can explore local dining too. So, if you'd like to try the local fish, there's plenty of restaurants to choose from.
