Im founder and teacher at The Yoga Space in Leeds. Its a beautiful old Baptist Chapel and Ive really tried to create a warm welcoming sense of community there for Yorkshire Yogis. I teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Kids and Baby Yoga. I also offer Thai, Ayurvedic and Hot Stone Massage.
Yoga just keeps giving and I love sharing it. It brings me such a great joy and peace and I've met so many wonderful people and lifelong friends along the way.
