Kirsten has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 20 years and has been passionate about teaching since 1998. Her classes are inspiring, full of heart and infused with mindfulness. Inspired by her background in psychology Kirsten makes each class memorable by weaving in meaningful themes and using yoga to anchor them in the body. She artfully guides students to discover the freedom and joy that can come from paying close attention to the details of alignment while never losing their connection with the deepest reasons for their practice. Kirsten’s commitment to the study of yoga philosophy and her devotion to her own practice add a freshness and depth to what she offers.
