I teach Dynamic Hatha Yoga and believe that everybody can join. We are all different and yoga can be adapted to suit everyone. Yoga goes beyond the simple practice of asanas, it’s a holistic practice uniting body and mind through the breath.
You don’t have to be super flexible or spiritual or fit or I don’t know what to embark on the yogic wagon. I can tailor the practise to who you are, your needs, your wishes and make sure you get the maximum out of it.
